When I went to Boston, I was able to spend alone time with myself.
For that whole trip, I had to rely on my brain, heart and mind to get out of trouble.
Sitting on the edge of the big staircase and by the waterfront, I was very at peace.
I felt like I could breathe just for a second. Just sitting there, taking in the crisp air and turning my mind off just for a moment was nice.
Another time, was when I traveling in DR.
I felt at peace because I didn't have to worry about money, friends, family or work.
It was a peaceful time. Other moments have been when I talk afternoon/evening strolls with my dog.
They also help me feel at peace and stay active.
